By downloading, installing, or using GymTrainer AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers to any premium features.
Use of the App
You agree to use GymTrainer AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
- Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unsolicited content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
Your Account
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
AI Features
GymTrainer AI uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans and provide coaching responses. By using the AI Chat and workout generation features, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
- Responses are generated by OpenAI and may not always be accurate
- Your fitness data and messages may be sent to OpenAI for processing
- AI-generated plans are not a substitute for professional fitness advice
Important: Always consult a qualified fitness professional or physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
Health Disclaimer
The content provided by GymTrainer AI — including workout plans, exercise guidance, and AI coaching — is for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice.
GymTrainer AI does not assume responsibility for injuries or health issues that may result from following any workout plan or advice generated by the App. Exercise involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content within GymTrainer AI — including the app design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of GymTrainer AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GymTrainer AI at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymTrainer AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
